Who will see my job posts?

Your roles are published on the New Canadian Careers job board, which is built for newcomers to Canada, including permanent residents and new citizens. Job seekers across Canada search and apply for free, so nothing stands between them and your post.

How do credits work?

Publishing or scheduling a job post uses one credit, and extending or refreshing a live post uses one more. Saving drafts and editing a live post are free.

Do unused credits expire?

Credits from one-time packages and bundles stay in your account until you use them, unless the package lists an expiry period. Subscription credits are granted each billing period and expire when that period ends. If you buy more than one package, your balances add together in your Billing dashboard.

How long does a job post stay live?

Each package shows how long its posts stay live. When that period ends, the post closes automatically. If you still need applicants, extend the post before it closes. An extension uses one credit.

Can I make a job stand out?

Yes. Packages with featured credits let you feature a job: it appears ahead of other jobs in the default job listings and carries a Featured badge. Featuring uses a featured credit, not a job post credit. Where refresh is available, it moves a live post back to the top of the newest listings for one credit, with a waiting period between refreshes.

How do candidates apply?

You choose for each job. Candidates can apply on NCC and you review them in your dashboard, or you can send them to your own careers page or an email address.

Are taxes included in the price?

Prices are shown before tax. If sales tax applies to your purchase, it is added at checkout and listed on your invoice.

How do I pay, and will I get an invoice?

Pay by credit or debit card through our secure Stripe checkout. NCC never stores your card details. Every purchase comes with an invoice you can download from your Billing dashboard.

We may offer special pricing for registered nonprofits, social enterprises focused on newcomer employment, and employers hiring for many roles. Tell us what you need. Contact sales
